What is potentially our favourite wine from Axel that began its life as his ‘Brutal’ cuvée years ago. This is the first picking of Cinsault which was macerated for just a couple of days in whole bunches within the press. Although a little darker than previous vintages, reflecting the heat around harvest time, this deep rosé is still hugely refreshing and is a bottle we always reach for as we head to warmer days.
