A blend from her two largest parcels - 40 year old Sylvaner and 20 year old Auxerrois. This is Anne-Laure’s flagship wine, and the first we imported. Mineral and saline, whilst showing plenty of fleshy stone fruit, this is a truly versatile wine that offers refreshment in droves.
