For this rosé pétilliant naturel, the fruit was harvested from young vines planted on clay and limestone soils. The grapes were directly-pressed and bottled before fermentation was completed to create a lively fizz. A riot of red fruits with a charming acidity, this is the perfect apéro for the warmer months.
