Bruno’s iconic petillant-naturel starts with fruit harvested from his younger vines on clay and limestone soils. The grapes saw a direct press with minimal skin contact giving the wine a luminous pink colour in the bottle. This refreshing bottle has a gentle effervescence with aromatic red fruits and a bright, crisp finish.
