This cuvée uses the same fruit as Des Bulles et des Boires, but here it’s vinified as a still wine, seeing 7 months of élevage in tank. Due to the warmer 2025 vintage, Bruno harvested earlier than usual, resulting in a bright, food-friendly white with lean orchard fruit and subtle texture on the finish.
