From vines planted on sandy loam soils around Nou de Gaià. The fruit was destemmed and pressed before fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine was then left largely undisturbed on its lees for nine months. The result is a wonderfully salty and refreshing white wine with hints of tropical fruit and just the right amount of texture.
