The grapes were destemmed and macerated for six days before the free-run juice was bled off and blended with a small amount of Cartoixa, adding lift and freshness to this dark-fruited blend. Brambly, ripe black fruits with a hint of spice dominate the nose and palate, transitioning seamlessly into soft structure and vibrant acidity.
