From vines grown on Christophe’s sandstone-dominant, higher elevation parcels in Mutzig. The fruit was directly pressed before ageing in stainless steel tanks for 12 months. Struck-match aromas and notes of wet stone carry through to a fleshy, mineral palate with a bright, lively finish.
