A blend of 40% Pinot Blanc, 40% Auxerrois, and 20% Pinot Gris - this is the first year we have received Christophe’s Crémant. The base wine was aged in stainless steel, before bottling, with refermentation started with the addition of frozen must. The wine was then on the lees for 24 months before dégorgement. A wonderfully versatile fizz that shows layers of orchard fruits, a touch of salinity with a pleasing snappy acidity.
