A new cuvée of 85% Sylvaner and 15% Pinot Gris from a biodynamic parcel planted on schist in Bernardvillé, just 20km south from Christophe’s own vines in Dorlisheim. The grapes were directly pressed before ageing in stainless steel tank for 1 year. Perfectly poised, this lean and salty white is positively brimming with energy.
