Grapes from the bottom slope of Herve’s 1ha of Pinot Noir on clay-limestone soils. The fruit was destemmed and macerated for 10 days with no piegage before pressing into barrique. An impressive wine reminiscent of some of the great villages of Burgundy with lush red fruits, earth and an elegantly framed structure.
