Harvested in the second passage through Hervé’s old vine Cailloutis vineyard, vinified with one year in barrel followed by one year in stainless steel tank. Bottled in April 2024, this cuvée is most certainly the big sister to Le Pechiu that shows honeyed, plush fruit with an unctuous, lingering minerality on the finish. A beautiful wine that continues to flourish from the moment it enters the glass to the last drop.
