In 2023 we received the Lia ’22 bottling aged in stainless steel tank. This year, Emilie has released a new bottling of the same wine, that saw élevage in glass dame-jeanne and an extra year of ageing in bottle. Still with one week of maceration, this is the fresh, salty white Catalunya is known for, but with an extra layer of depth and texture from the skin contact.
