A new cuvee from Emilie’s vines of Ull de Llebre (also known as Tempranillo). When we visited back in February of this year, she spoke at length about using an infusion style of maceration for this cuvée in order to highlight the often overlooked elegance and delicate fruit from this grape. With just a 12-day infusion and élevage in stainless steel, this pours a pale ruby red with a fresh cherry profile and a bright, peppery finish.
