A blend of old vine Grenache and Carignan grown on schist soils in Faugeres. The grapes saw 22 days of whole bunch maceration before élevage in cuve. The resulting wine bursts with dark, ripe fruits and flavours of the garrigue with intense concentration. With air, it unfolds into a savoury and serious wine that sits comfortably alongside hearty plates at the table.
