This cuvée that forms a snapshot of the 2022 vintage was made up of equal parts from the Syrah de la Pinède, Grenache Bois du Saint Jaume, and Carignan de la Source cuvées, blended after the press of each and aged for 1 year in large foudre. While the summer was extremely hot, there was also a reasonable amount of rain and very little frost, resulting in a year with excellent balance between structure, fruit, and acidity. This wine shows just that - a harmonious blend that is one of our favourite bottles in the colder months.
