Fond Cyprès (Languedoc) Muscat à Petits Grains • 2023
There are just a few rows of Muscat à Petit Grain planted in the same vineyard as the Blanc des Garennes cuvée,making this one of the smallest production wines from the domaine. After harvest, the grapes were macerated for 6 months in a ceramic egg, then pressed and the juice was returned to the ceramic egg for a year of ageing. The result is engaging and complex with a floral, tea-like nose followed by a rich palate leaden with stonefruit and framed with fine tannins.
