A coffee liqueur made from a single-origin organic coffee bean –pacamará ambar– grown by Don Sergio Ortez in Nicaragua and roasted in Brooklyn. The colour of dark molasses when served neat, this shows a complex array of chocolately, dark espresso flavours and finishes with delicate nutty caramelised notes and subtle dried dark fruits. This is lovely over ice or as a component in coffee based cocktails.
