An amaro based on a medicinal recipe from Marseille during the times of the Black Plague. Infused with 36 different botanicals including eucalyptus, rhubarb root, cinnamon, peppermint and sweetened with three different types of honey from Upstate New York. A rich golden brown in the glass, this shows a wonderfully harmonious blend of floral and menthol notes layered on warm spices and subtle honeyed sweetness.
