The latest edition of Clandestinus sees the usual Grenache and Graciano fruit, but also the added dimensions of Pinot Noir, Tannat, and Carignan. Imanol likens this cuvée to a puzzle, each grape variety representing a distinct piece that ultimately finds its perfect place. Aged for a year in old barrels, it boasts an assortment of vibrant, mature black fruits framed by an elegant structure.
