A blend of Gros Manseng, Petit Manseng, direct-press Tannat, and a small amount of Chenin Blanc, this distinctive, barrel-aged white was bottled with a few grammes of residual sugar. The result is a beautifully complex wine that balances vibrant acidity with a generous, rounded sapidity that feels like biting into a perfectly ripe pear. Unconventional yet harmonious, it offers a remarkable palate and great ageing potential.
