A single barrel of Riesling planted on clay and silt from Gile Iturri’s vineyards in the Basque region. The wine was aged in 5-year-old small Burgundy barrels for 15 months - the same vinification as Revesling N.1, however N.2 aged ‘sous voile’ resulting in an opulent, one-of-a-kind take on the grape. A profound wine that continues to unveil new layers in the glass.
