A pétillant naturel wine of direct-press Cabernet Franc. The juice was bottled in 2022 before fermentation finished and remained ageing on the lees for three years. The name consists of two Japanese kanji characters meaning rosé and bubbles. A pale pink in the glass with crunchy red fruits and a playful, refreshing profile.
