Grolleau Noir with a bit of Pinot Noir and a touch of Chenin Blanc. The grapes were hand harvested from 50 year old vines planted on clay and limestone soils. Vinified methode champenoise, this works perfectly at apéro with delicate red fruits and a lively, small bubble.
