Fruit from an east-facing parcel at the bottom of a slope in Coteaux du Layon. All the grapes were directly pressed into stainless steel tank for a short élevage. As clean and refreshing as always, this shows an array of crisp orchard fruits with bright acidity and chalky minerals.
