Grenache Blanc / Muscat D’Alexandrie • 2023
A blend of 70% Grenache Blanc from Hérault with 30% Muscat d’Alexandrie from the Rousillon. Each cépage saw 12 days of whole-bunch maceration separately before blending after the press for élevage together in tank. A wonderful pairing of the two varieties with an easygoing texture, pleasing acidity and bold aromatics.
