What is potentially our favourite wine from Axel that began its life as his ‘Brutal’ cuvée years ago. This is the first picking of Cinsault which was briefly infused on Grenache Noir skins in whole bunches within the press. This bright, dusty pink rosé is hugely refreshing and is a bottle we always reach for as we head to warmer days.
