Axel made multiple passes through the vines over two weeks, ensuring that he had grapes that provided freshness as well as aromatic complexity. The fruit saw a short maceration for 5 days before pressing and élevage in cuve. An excellent year for this cuvée, it pours a hazy golden hue in the glass and shows a panoply of exuberant tropical fruits balanced by a refreshing acidity.
