The fruit for this one-off cuvée came from a friend’s farm, just down the road from Romain’s house. The grapes were harvested and foot-trodden by Romain’s friends and children before a direct-press into fibreglass tanks for fermentation and élevage. The resulting wine bursts with freshness and minerality, offering bright citrus notes, lean acidity, and a crisp finish.
