The uncharacteristically hot vintage in 2023 might have encouraged warm, ripe wines, but Pierre has maintained his acid-driven style. The fruit saw just over two weeks of maceration followed by 11 months sur lies in barrique. A graceful and fresh bottle that shows red fruits, earth and a lean, very lightly tannic structure. Drinking wonderfully now, but will surely reward further for years to come.
