The fruit here was macerated for three days before 11 months of élevage sur lies in barrique. Despite the very hot vintage with little rainfall, Pierre has crafted one of the finest vintages of this cuvée. A wine brimming with energy it is both thoughtful and serious with a lengthy, textured finish.
