Fruit harvested from a single parcel of Bruno’s oldest Chenin Blanc vines planted on schist. Directly-pressed before a year of élevage in old 220L barrels, followed by another 6 months in stainless steel tank. From a low yielding vintage where only 5 barrels were produced, the concentration is apparent here, showing layers of white flowers, orchard fruits and just a hint of its time spent in wood. This is drinking wonderfully now, but will only improve with age.
