From old vines planted on basalt and limestone soils. After a 10 day whole bunch maceration the fruit was pressed and aged in mix of barrels and tank. A particularly vibrant vintage for this cuvée, it bursts with lively, aromatic fruit and finds complexity with its volcanic minerality.
