From old vines planted on a mixture of limestone and basalt. After a few weeks of maceration, the wine was left to age in old barrels for 12 months. Bottled in 2023 and left to age in bottle for another two years, this wine has wonderfully rich fruit with a perfectly balancing acidity. A stunning Grenache that has a long life ahead of it.
