Sauvignon Blanc / Xarel-lo / Assyrtiko • 2024
A blend of 60% Sauvignon Blanc from Valvignères blended with equal parts of Sylvain's recently planted Xarel-lo and Assyrtiko. The Sauvignon Blanc rested in stainless steel, the Xarel-lo in sandstone jarres, and the Assyrtiko in demi-muid. A harmonious blend balancing refreshing salinity with bright tropical fruits.
