Easily one of our favourite cuvées from Moises, this new vintage is a direct press of 80% Cartoixa and 20% Macabeu that was then aged in steel tank for 6 months. Bright and saline with just a subtle citrus note - this is hugely versatile and is as pleasing on its own as it is at the table.
