A real highlight from our visit in February, this rare indigenous varietal saw 15 days of maceration before élevage in tank for 9 months. Appearing a pale blood orange hue in the glass, this wine drinks like a charm, showing all kinds of ripe citrus and minerals alongside a perfectly poised acidity.
