The first harvest of Wilfried’s own recently planted vines of Chasselas, Sylvaner, Altesse and Savagnin growing at 1300m in the Pyrenees (Wilfried is quite sure this is one of the highest elevation vineyards in France). Made in extremely small quantities, this direct-press blend shows a more delicate and elegant side to the domaine, showing bright citrus, white floral notes and a long mineral finish. A unique and special first vintage wine from this passionate and talented young winemaker that will only improve with further ageing in bottle.
