Fruit from a parcel of 60 - 80 year old vines on flint-rich soils. Directly-pressed and left to age on the lees in old barrique for two years followed by a short rest in stainless steel tank before bottling. An full-bodied style of Chenin Blanc with fleshy orchard fruits, an opulent mouthfeel lifted by acid-driven structure.
