From a single parcel of Syrah planted just in front of the forest. The fruit was destemmed and macerated for 4 weeks in large wooden vats before the pressed juice was returned back to the same wooden vat for 1 year of ageing. A delightful wine, closer to a Northern Rhone style of Syrah with gentle tannins, vibrant black fruits, and uplifting acidity.
