Pinot Noir on clay and limestone soils from a half-hectare parcel that Toby planted 6 years ago. The fruit saw a two-week whole-bunch maceration and were left to age in old barrel for 12 months. A velvety, full-fruited style of Pinot with soft tannins and an earthy finish.
