Grapes were harvested from two different parcels located in the Coteaux du Layon: old vines on sandy soil and younger vines planted on quartz-heavy soils. Both plots were harvested at the same time and blended together before élevage in fibreglass cuve. A fresh and mineral take on the grape, with fleshy fruit sitting nicely alongside delicate white floral aromatics.
