Hand-harvested during the first passage through the vines, the grapes were directly pressed and the juice then briefly infused with Chardonnay skins from the cuvée La Peur du Rouge before élevage in fibreglass cuve. This rosy pink wine offers freshness in abundance, vibrant acidity, and soft red fruit notes.
