After a 5 day whole bunch maceration the grapes were pressed, and the juice was passed over the skins of Grenache Noir from his Lendemains Qui Chantent parcel. This intuitive style of winemaking brings an added level of complexity to an otherwise delicately poised wine, all pretty red fruits and minerals.
