After harvest the grapes were macerated for 10 days in whole bunches and, following a slow press, the wine underwent fermentation and élevage in fibreglass tank. A wonderful vintage for this cuvée, it impresses with vivid tropical aromas, a richly fruit-focused palate and a crisp, clean finish.
