Cab Franc, Grolleau Noir, Grolleau Gris, Chenin Blanc, and Sauvignon Blanc were co-fermented, with five months of maceration, before the free-run juice was bled off and bottled, harnessing all its delicate structure and aromatics. A delicate and lively wine that sits between light red and rosé.
