The grapes were harvested from a small parcel in Luberon and underwent a three-month whole cluster maceration. Antoine decided to use only the free-run juice from the tank and age it in barrel for over a year. The resulting wine has vibrant acidity, along with heady fruit and a nose of fragrant elderflower. A dynamic wine with mellow tannins and a clean, elegant finish.
