From the same vineyard as the Carinito rose in Luberon, however, for this wine Antoine experimented with a whole-bunch maceration for 10 months in fibreglass tank. This style of vinification creates a plush, rich wine with loads of ripe, spicy dark fruits with grippy structure and plenty of acid. Decant and enjoy this wine for hours as it unfurls.
