The blend for this cuvée remains the same as the previous years - 50% of directly-pressed Chenin Blanc and 50% of Chenin Blanc with two weeks of maceration. As it was an unusual year with low maturity in the grapes the maceration lends just a little colour here, only revealing itself within the wine’s layered texture. Bright and fresh with focused minerality and a lean fruit profile.
