A one-off cuvée from Mariette & Alberic, just for the 2023 vintage. This direct-press blend was intended to be a rosé, hence the name, however, it appears more of an ethereal pale gold in the glass. Leading with a stony minerality it is perfectly balanced by a medley of citrus and a subtle suggestion of red fruits. Something quite different and extremely pleasurable from the pair.
